I posted my problem in the subject line above. Using the search I found the topic with Number #284954, that describes exactly the issue.
BUT: In dont have the Twitter / Google / Instagram plugins installed. Just CB_Connections is installed, but not published. It is not possible to delete this plugin, because it is a core plugin.
So the error messages after running the tool "check cb user fields database" remains and I can not resolve this issue.
Any help is appreciated.

Delete the Facebook ID field within CB > Field Management. You had to of had CB Facebook Connect or CB Connect installed at some point for that field to exist.

Thank You. I deleted all fields for UserID for Facebook ,Twitter, LinkedIn, Windows Live, Google , Instagram , Foursquare, GitHub. That solved the issue completely
