Email and username not visable on user detail view

In the user listing I can see the username and email address but after installing CB 2.0.15 I am missing both on the member detail overview.
(see prints)

The problem is similar to this post www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support/233884-6223-how-to-get-emails-to-display#286129 but I have tried the given solutions and nothing worked.

I have checked all the tools and canvas but no luck. Checked the core fields for public also.
I have installed the latest CB 2.0.15+build.2016.10.20.01.58.15.24cb212fa

Please help.

What did you upgrade from to 2.0.15? Edit your userlist and ensure the username and email fields are in one of the columns. If they're also not displaying on profile then edit them within CB > Field Management and ensure both are set to display on profile. In short you need to review your various configuration as there's a configuration problem somewhere.

Hi Kyle,

I've upgraded from 2.014.

I allready tried everything I could think off in regard to the configuration but no luck, except that now some of the users do have an email address that is visiable in both the listing and the detail view, but none of them have a username in the detailview.

I now came across a strange fenomenon that I can have different email addresses in the system.

With the testuser I have info@communicationfactory.nl at the frontend and info@communicationfactory.nl in the listing, but info@backrow.eu in the detailview.
When I refresh the view it remains the same.

I'm still puzzled...

What I forgot to mention is, that in the detail view, most users have no email and username, but some do have an email.
(All have their email shown in the listview)

Your username output is likely the formatname field. Ensure it's set to display on profile and if you don't want it actually displayed directly on profile move it to a tab in a not shown on profile position. Your issue is entirely configuration related and you need to review your configuration carefully. If you've CB Privacy installed then some of your users could have privacy set for those fields if you're allow them to.

Hi Kyle,

Thanks for your advice. CB Privacy is disabled and I had allready formatname in the administrator tab.
I have several sites that use CB the same way and I have laid the configaration etc. next to the one I have the problems with and they are identical.

Do you have any other ideas?
