Unable to detect origin of language strg / variable

Hello,

I've worked thru many css files and language plugins but wasn't able to find the originating variable for this message (pls. see screenshot attached).
Is it hard-coded in HTML?
It appears in en-GB always indepent of current language set.

Pls. can one give me hand to track down what variable this is to manage it in appropiate language override files.

That language validation string is as follows.

Code:
