Requested refund.... no response

Hi,

I've wasted a lot of time with CB, only to discover that it WON'T work for me.

I requested a refund in accordance with your warranty policy, and I could see that nant was online, but I have yet to have a response?

It's not difficult. I can't use your component because it literally breaks all of my other components. I want my money back. By PayPal. Immediately.

I should also note that it caused so much catastrophic damage to everything else that I use, that I have had to delete everything, uninstall and reinstall Joomla, and rebuild everything from scratch....

So yes, this was very much a failed experiment. I guess it could work well on a site that is ONLY using this for social networking and doesn't have a lot of other functionality, but I don't have the time, patience or inclination to try and figure out how to make something work.

So I'd really appreciate a response about when I can expect to see that money back in my account.

Please note that refund requests are handled during our business hours, and there is no point in reposting every 20 to 60 minutes, specially during the night.

Obviously your site was not in a normal state or had third party extensions that were not programmed to Joomla standards, or changes/hacks that altered Joomla or its extensions, before you installed CB, as installing and then uninstalling CB and its add-ons is safe and does not alter a site.
