Syntax for Override Files was created by MMDoege
Hello,

I wonder if there is some info about the syntax for editing language and template override files.
Actually I have many translations in french and italian where character ' is often used.
This, however, is an operator to mark beginning and end of override vars and strings.
And it would be great to learn if there exist some formatting operators eg. for a page break within a tooltip.

Help much appreciated.

You can use ' or " or just escape your single quotes with a backslash e.g. \'. There is no formatting operators beyond HTML if the location supports it so for a linebreak you'd use a <br />.

You shouldn't have any issues regarding quotes though as you won't need to modify language files to override a string anymore. See the below regarding language overrides usage now built into CB.
