Hi Kyle,
I am using a compression engine for our app. It works normally really really nice and quick, however not with CB activity module. It takes a (comparatively) huge amount of requests, which increases the load time incredibly. Any advice on how to make it better behaving?

I have seen that cache is disabled on it, which is understandable, but shouldnt it cache at least some parts of it? or make only one request? Anyway around this? I am already using jch but it does not do reduce the amounts of request for the module.

Bye

Tim

I don't understand what you're trying to cache. CSS and JS compression is all you should need. There's an HTTP request per image as that's just how HTML works. You can improve image loading by using JCH Optimizer image lazy loading features. CB Activity without any images is about around 6-10 requests including the CSS/JS of itself and CBs core CSS/JS. You can not cache dynamic content so page caching is not possible; it just won't work as the stream will just always be out of date.
