Problem in connexion of users was created by sereniteam
I do have a real problem because many of my users can't actually access to their personal profil without letting me, as administrator, a clue of their connexion. The new user receive their authentification's code and seem able to use the application. When looking at the user administration panel their account seems unchanged and last connexion don't indicate as you can see on the following screen shots !

I first thought they haven't received their code ( TFA ) because we met some problem with our hosting server ( Which is responding to the french medical law and then restricted ) But It works for some of them, so there must be something else !


Have you any idea ?

All but 1 appears confirmed and approved. The one that isn't won't be able to login as their account isn't enabled yet. Aside from that they should have no problem logging in. Are you using CBs login module? What login method is selected in CB > Configuration > General? Are you using CB AntiSpam? If so have they been blocked by it (check Blocks within CB > Plugin Management)? If you've any other login security, etc.. then please disable it and see if issue persists.

Shall I give you a provisory administrator access to check what's going wrong ? Due to security reason we are using TFA authentification and CBs login module. I haven't activated the CB AntiSpam ... The fact is that we are hosted by an accredited host-provider that requiers to identify the connexions address link with external servers

Well It seems that I should get some general supervision of our options with one of your team member and if possible in french to be sure of it. Things are getting crucial at that stage and I don't want to loose anymore time. So could you tell me your conditions to do it ?

PS / Today one of our user connect himself. I saw him in the backend CB user display. Time of his last connexion was set. But then Now the same user is appearing like if he never connect himself. His localisation is still not fix on the map as well !

Disable your additional login security and see if login then works fine. We can not help you with something that we didn't develop (e.g. additional 3rd party login security). I am unable to confirm any login issues on our demo site or multiple test installs. If CB it self was modified then install CB over it self as we do not support core modifications. If CB login does not function with all additional login security disabled then PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
