Does it mean that I should withdraw TFA system ? But then how could you have a two factor autentifcation as requested by french Authority ?

I find myself a bit lost and don't feel very confortable with your explication. I haven't brought any change in CB component and have set it correctly. As you can see in my screenshot some of my user are actuated some no ! If I connect myself whit TFA, CB admin notice a new time of my last connexion.
But some of the user as Pierrick Guillemot doen't have any indication of the last connexion while he is actually using it !

Strange... You don't have any idea ?

Yes, turn off two factor authentication and test if the issue persists. It's clear some users are failing two factor authentication. I've no idea what two factor authentication you're using, but we have only tested usage of Google TFA, which is included with Joomla and worked fine in my tests.

The fact is that while testing it all looks perfect until we moved to an accredited host-server which requiers to identify first incoming and outcoming connexion links. Could you please indicate us all specifics log address that are concern by CB... It may be a part of the solution.

I've no idea what the READY BYTES plugin is. Joomla comes with "Two Factor Authentication - Google Authenticator" plugin which I have tested as working perfectly fine. It doesn't sound like the authentication plugin you're using is properly utilizing Joomlas authentication API. There should simply be a secret key input below username and password for them to supply the authentication code.

The fact is that while testing it all looks perfect until we moved to an accredited host-server which requiers to identify first incoming and outcoming connexion links.

Then it doesn't sound like it has anything to do with CB. Your host is probably blocking the outbound requests to Google where the secret key the user supplies is validated.

Could you please indicate us all specifics log address that are concern by CB... It may be a part of the solution.

CB has nothing to do with your authentication plugins. We pass the username, password, and supplied secret key to Joomla login API and it is then entirely out of CBs hands. CB does not do TFA; the authentication plugin you have installed does and is what is sending the outbound HTTP request.

Please contact your host or the developer of your third party authentication plugin for further support.

Well following your recommandations I can confirm that everything work fine until we keep open the out and incoming links from our host web-server. That means that to match french law, in the field of medical information protection, logs of out and incoming links must be identified by our hoster.

So when we re-instal the filter, no more indication relating to the last-connexion of user is appearing on both side ( CB user manager as well as on Joomla User manager ).

A second effect appears : It takes minutes to set the content of the CB configuration when selected in the menu...

Is there any reason for it ? Have you any idea about the specific adresse or URL ...that have to be connected or identified to make it work correctly without disconnect the filter and be out of law ... ?
