Same issue with Beez3 and Protostar templates. Caching is off.

You have the CSS Class parameter for the Canvas tab set to "fa fa-paint-brush". Please clear that parameter and retest; it should be displaying fine then. Note you appear to have the same for the profile image tab too and may want to remove that as well. I recommend when adding icons to tab titles to simply add it directly to the tab title (they allow HTML and substitutions even).
