On the groups tab of their profile? You can't. That only shows groups they own, joined, or have been invited to (when viewing their own profile). To view all groups you need to create a Joomla menu item with type Community Builder > Plugin then for Plugin parameter select CB GroupJive and set Action to All Groups.
