Linking from profile to userlists

Hi

I'm wondering if there is a way to set up automated links from user profiles? I have set up fields in some usergroup profiles so that users can add themselves to lists by just adding the title word of the list. I'd really like to carry this one stage further and have these appear in their profiles, but as links to the lists that they are in?

Can probably use a substitution IF statement in the profile value layout for whatever field you're using to keep track of if they should display on a userlist or not. See the below for substitutions usage information.
