How better integrate Appointment Booking Pro component?

In Appointment Booking Pro! component tutorial I find this info:

"Community Builder and ABPro
Overview
ABPro can be set to pull user information from their CB profile, into a booking screen.
This is done by setting up ABPro UDFs (user defined fields) for your booking screen and telling ABPro to pre-fetch data for these fields from the user’s CB profile."

Can explain me how better integrate component in user CB profile (if it possible)?

Or I can add only link to component with Web Address field?

I've no idea as we're not the developers of Appointment Booking Pro. Please contact them regarding usage of their integration features. Sounds like you need to specify somewhere what fields it's supposed to synchronize.

But because I am not programmer, I use Joomla in my sites and noticed that all extensions creators concentrate to they own components. When I look at others (not Joomla) sites with many possibilities and try to create similar site in Joomla, find the problem of many popular Joomla extensions - integration to each other

I think, it is one of the reasons why Joomla popularity is down last years...

I've no experience with any booking extensions.

We've also no problems working with other extension developers assuming they come to us first. We're just flat out too busy to be seeking out other extension developers for them to integrate with CB. We keep in contact with Kunena mostly and have reached out to K2 to maintain integrations and we also work with UddeIM among others. Other developers are welcome to contact us if they need API advise. The easiest approach is for them to implement loading of CB API and firing a trigger as CB Auto Actions can handle it from there in most cases. CB it self is also free making it available all extension developers if they wish to integrate.

In most cases an integration isn't even necessary. What is it exactly you're trying to do? Push data from CB to your booking extension or push data to CB from your booking extension? CB to your booking extension should be easily accomplished with CB Auto Actions and either a Query (for database queries) or Code (for PHP code to utilize API) on the after user update and after user registration triggers (or after login if necessary).
