There's no way for it to output 2 captcha fields unless you've 2 captcha fields preset in CB > Field Management. The alternative is you've something else installed adding captcha maybe through the tab. Do you've legacy CB Captcha still installed? It should've been replaced by CB AntiSpam on install and if not then manually uninstall CB Captcha plugin in CB > Plugin Management.

You have 2 captchas because you've 2 captcha fields. If you don't have 2 captcha fields then you may have something else installed loading reCaptcha jQuery rendering another reCaptcha. Disable Joomlas reCaptcha plugin if enabled or any other 3rd party reCaptcha. Switch CB AntiSpam to Internal (Code) instead of reCaptcha to confirm if it's CB AntiSpam outputting twice.

See my reply above. As explained you've 2 reCaptcha fields or you've a 3rd party extension adding reCaptcha JS causing 2 to show up. Check within CB > Field Management that you only have one captcha field and it should be antispam_captcha. Any other captcha field should be deleted. If you've any 3rd party captcha extensions installed then disable them (including Joomlas) to see if issue resolves.
Install reviews are a last resort. You need to attempt to debug your issue your self first following our instruction.
