Add a Custom HTML field to the Canvas tab and set it to display on profile edit, but not profile view. You can use a language string for its description (which is just the HTML it'll output).

We don't translate language strings in the middle of HTML like that. Your HTML should be a part of the language string then supply only PROFILE_EDIT_HINT_RIDER.
