Error: CB Login module not created (required).

When I have upgraded a test version of my site from 1.9.1 to 2.1 I get the message
'Error: CB Login module not created (required). '
On a page where the login module is published.
Any ideas what I have done wrong?

On the registration page I get:

The requested page can't be found.

An error has occurred while processing your request.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
you have no access to this page

I solved this by creating a new, secong CB login module

The CB Login module loaded on the login page respects access and language now. So if your only module has a view access level the user can't access then the login page will throw that. Same for language.
