CB 1.x to CB 2.x is a migration. A lot has changed. Everything must be updated. If you've plugins marked incompatible update them or unpublish them. Next go through and review all your settings to ensure everything migrated correctly. Fix any settings that did not. Specifically view access level and usergroup parameters may have issues. Core plugins (e.g. CB Core) should be public within CB > Plugin Management. Be sure to also run the database tools within CB > Tools to fix any possible leftover database issues. Once that is all done recheck frontend.
