I just found out the registration process doesn't work on my site, I don't know when this issue started....but very critical. I wonder if this is anything to do with SSL certificate installed about two weeks ago, though since then new users signed up. I just updated the CB latest this morning.
On registration page, when I click sign up button, nothing happens.
There is no error logged.

Please discard this topic, solved. Believe it or not, it was CSS conflict.
