It doesn't scroll to the tab. It just selects it. In that regard the &tab=TAB_ID or &tab=TABCLASS or &tab=TAB_TITLE all still work. Even those nested on the tab menu usage will work with this. Does it select the appropriate tab? If you need it to scroll you can use # with the tabpane id. Example as follows.
&tab=58#cbtabpane58
