Why does When you make a CB blog that is connected to k2 categories the blog see attached shows the authors name and when you click on it it goes to website//component/publisher/users/mark-breeze.html
And on a normal k2 article it is not displayed
How do I have it displayed on every k2 and joomla article and have it linked back to CB user profile

CB has no control over K2 display. My guess is you've some articles specifically set to not display the author (if that's even possible) or there's a setting in your K2 categories to turn that off. CB Author Bot links article owners to their CB profiles, but I don't think it works in K2. Believe to have K2 link to CB profiles you need to enable that functionality in K2 it self (if it still has it).
