New Problem...can't register a new user on the site via Community Builder

I've viewed this issue before on other posts but don't see the answer to my new issue that has just shown up recently. When a new user registers, if they happen to use the same computer that a person who previously registered used, their registration won't submit successfully. They get the following error, which I also got when I tried to register them: "Error Your registration attempt has been blocked. Reason: Already registered."

Other solutions talked about doing something in CB Subs. I don't have CB Subs installed.

I don't even track "Log Registration IP Address" in Configuration/Registration. I'm not sure how new of a problem this is. I have version 2.1.2+build.2017.01.28.02.24.35.b65a69f75 installed.

That's CB AntiSpam and it's auto blocking feature. Sounds like you have it enabled. It'll block duplicate registrations from the same ip address. Based off what you described it's working exactly as intended and designed. You can disable it or configure within CB AntiSpam > Parameters > Registration > Auto Block.
