URLs to plans can be found at the top of the edit plan page. You can also use the below usage to substitute in plan URLs anywhere that content prepare is supported.

Plan Page:
[cbsubs:url plans="PLAN_ID_HERE" /]

Plan Basket:
[cbsubs:url plans="PLAN_ID_HERE" output="basket" /]

Adding to Kyle's response:

You can also use the CBSubs Mailer to automate these mailings.

My intention was for cbsubs to put a url in the email that put the member into the location where he or she could renew their membership. Since i have 3 possible plans would the system fill in the plan id from a variable or am I going to need to hard code a personal email for each member ?

Thanks

You need to have 1 mailer per plan and have to manually supply the plan id as there's no substitution for the plan id in CBSubs Mailer.
