Is there a way to include required fields when a user registers with CB Connect.
Let's say I need a user to give the color of his car, it's a required field on registration. But how do I make it required if he signs in with CB Connect?

Yes, set "Mode" to "Pre-fill" and they'll be asked to complete a normal registration with as much information pre-filled for them. It will also link the two accounts so they can login using their social account. Aside from that no you can't request fields during the single sign-on usage.
