I'm looking for a tool to import users with address and other fields from csv or xls into Community Builder.
I saw that CBJuice is not for Joomla 3.x (I use 3.6.5).
The tools from Ukr Solutuion seems to be good, but I can't buy them with a German PayPal account.

CB Juice is the only tool available for CSV import. I'm not aware of any others. There are likely some for Joomla specifically, but no idea if they'd support CB or not.
