[SOLVED] Moderators unable to edit other users profile.

You cannot edit a `registered`. Only higher-level users have this power.
This blasted message is killing me

I have:
1. Watched the video (4 times) www.joomlapolis.com/forum/145-community-builder/235206-you-cannot-edit-a-registered-only-higher-level-users-have-this-power
2. Configured everything, twice, even naming my stuff to match the video
3. Debugged Joomla and looked at the SQL queries (which look right)
4. It still doesn't work; when I log in as myself and try to update another user's profile, I get the error message: You cannot edit a `registered`. Only higher-level users have this power.

I have attached my configuration images and SQL Debug to the forum post.

Can someone take a look and let me know what I'm doing wrong?

You can't edit someone who has same or higher usergroups than you. If you're trying to edit a registered user as a moderator then ensure you only have moderator usergroup and do not have registered usergroup as it'll end up being checked against as it considers your lowest permission usergroup in the check. Examples as follows.

User A - Registered
User B - Registered, Moderator

In the above case User B can not edit User A since the lowest usergroup checked is Registered. You need to have it setup as follows.

User A - Registered
User B - Moderator
