ProfileBook videos no longer showing was created by Buzz50
YouTube videos are no longer showing in profilebook entries

Is this the correct syntax?

That works in Kunena but not on my ProfileBook entries

Any suggestions?

It worked fine in the ProfileBlog tab in my tests. Should work fine in the others as well as long as they've video enabled. Edit whichever ProfileBook tab that isn't displaying video within CB > Tab Management and ensure "Allow [video] BBCode" is set to "Yes".

For now I have cured this temporarily with ReReplacer, replacing all occurrences of

It being HTTP on HTTPS is likely your issue. You'd need to make the below edit to force it to output as HTTPS.
