Expired Membership Emails

Expired Membership Emails was created by debthornell
I have now two members who have renewed receiving emails that their membership has expired. Emails sent automatically on March 2nd and they renewed in January. Where should I be looking to determine what is wrong and why these emails were triggered? CB is 2.1.2 recently upgraded. CB Subs is 4.1.0+build.2017.01.17.01.07.08.dcc96967e

My guess is you're emailing based off expiration date without verifying the status of the subscription. I recommend setting the below in your mailer usage.

Relative to this date of the plans below: Subscription's Expiry Date
Must be in state: Expired

Aside from that you'll need to provide more details in regards to what your mailer settings are. More specifically the values of the parameters under "Main Mailer Triggering Conditions".

I assume you're sending those emails through CBSubs Mailer so those parameters should be within your mailer settings within CBSubs > Mailer > Mailers > YOUR_MAILER under the "Main Mailer Triggering Conditions" section.

Ok found it. Had nothing set up there. Is there any documentation / instructions on how to set this up?

Also I see place for expire email in each plan. I also see place under Mailer for message. Do I need to enter in both places?
