Admin Wall (similar to ProfileWall)

The CB ProfileBook plugin is almost the functionality I need:

1. Admin/Moderator view only
2. Admin/Moderator entries only
3. No notification to profile owner
4. Multiple instances (i.e., tabs) of a "Wall" function (a Wall for volunteer notes; a Wall for vendor notes)

Can this be done any way?

Also, can CB Conditional set a field Read-Only based on another field (i.e., a moderator flags a profile with a radio field as read-only, thereby disabling editing select fields)? Or would I have two fields (one edit, one CB Code that displays the first field's value as read-only) that then use CB Conditional based on the moderator "Can Edit?" yes/no selection?

Best way to do that right now is probably CB Activity and either use Activity or Comment fields. CB Activity 4.0.0 should be releasing within the next 2 weeks that provides significantly improved functionality as well to better improve on this. CB Activity lets you specify the create access so yes it could be limited to moderators only via view access level. Display could be protected by placing it on a tab only moderators can access via view access level.
