We do not keep a record of emails sent through the email form. There's also no feature for CC/BCC for the email form to send emails to user.s Best I can suggest is an Email action in CB Auto Actions acting on onBeforeEmailUser trigger (there's no after trigger for this usage) or even a Query action if you want to log this information to a custom database table.
