Hello, I have a question,
We would also like to share the opportunity to create an account together.
How do we get that which after the registration can say: man / woman / couples and then a special profile load, that is adjusted and stands out from the standard profile for mann or woman .

Don't understand what you're asking. Like 2 different login credentials for each spouse or something? If you just want them to select their gender or profile type you can use a dropdown for that. Sorry, you'll need to be more specific as to what you're wanting for me to really suggest anything further.
