As it's a field you could try conditioning it with a static condition against the Facebook ID field for example. Don't know if that'll work though. Beyond that there is no way to do that. CB Connect will never alter the standard registration form beyond displaying the social site field though so this functionality probably will never happen if CB Conditional isn't capable of doing it.
