Where can I locate and open the HTML for the page that the new users reach after they've completed a sign up? I am trying to insert google's conversion tracking tag between the body tags.
You can also use CB Auto Actions to act on onAfterSaveUserRegistration with a Redirect action to redirect them to whatever custom page you like.

You should be able to just add the tracking code to the language string or you can echo it on to that page using CB Auto Actions and a Code action acting on onAfterSaveUserRegistration trigger.
