Hello,
after upgrade to Activity 4.0.0 i thought, that user will be able to comment all of activity (not only user with connection). Unfortunatly still can only comment friends user.
I have set in CB Activity settings Parameters->Comments->Create-> Create Connected Access DISABLE (and Create access -> registred).
What i'm doing wrong.

You've adjusted it globally for comment streams. You need to adjust it for activity comments. More specifically navigate to CB Activity > Parameters > Activity > Comments > Create and set "Create Connected Access" to "Disable".
