Activity stream to all members

Hello!

How can I config that the Activity stream would be viewable for all the members of the site?
I set the Community Builder / Plugin management / CB Activity / Activity / Create Connected Access to Disabled, but the members are still not viewing each activities.
We are not planning to use CB Connections, so it is also disabled in Community Builder / Configuration / Connections tab.

Is it a possible option not using connections and making all of the activities visible for all?

Should already be the case when viewing the recent activity page. You'll need to be more specific as to where you want this displayed. What an activity displays is entirely based off the Asset of the stream.
