Profile Update Logger 3.0.x was created by sirweb
Is it possible to use substitution strings in the e-mails generated by Profile Update Logger?
For example, I would like more info in the notification topic
"mysite.com - A profile has been updated!"
like previous version like
"mysite.com - Profile [username] updated by [moderator]"
which was more informative, especially when using Ajax, where one notification is generated for each change.

Are there substitutions to use in the message body as well?

Thanks

The subject and body of the notification email is passed through normal substitutions, yes. The substitution user object is that of the user being updated. As for the "by [moderator]" in the subject you can use [cb:userdata field="username" user="#me" /].

Thanks! :)
Problem solved.

What is the best place to learn more about substitutions?
I realize there is a huge potential in that but I know too little about is.
