Problems with the database - entry _comprofiler always empty

Dear Sir or Madam,
B*** has hosted its B***.org domain at Strato. For about a month, we regularly have the problem that the database entry _comprofiler is broken. This occurs every 3-10 days.
No data from the backup must be copied for repair. It is sufficient to restore the compiler _comprofiler from the database backup.
The company Strato can not make a mistake at the Datanbank and rejects the support from today.
Therefore, turn to me, hoping that you will find a mistake or an idea we can solve this.

Every 3-10 days the tools check complains that an unknown column is missing? Are you altering CBs database table? That typically only happens when a field is created in _comprofiler_fields and it has a _comprofiler column associated with it that does not exist. If this is happening every 3-10 days then something is deliberately altering your database. Why does this need to be repaired? What issues is this causing?

The _comprofiler entry is always corrupted. The user can log on but can not edit his profile data.
For me it is not visible WHY always the entry is lost again and again. I can not find a reason, we do not change anything, the website is used normally.
How to write I restore the entry from database, and the web page works again.
I have installed the website with me in the company also at Strato as a copy, since these problems do not occur in the last 10 days.

What do you mean it's corrupt? The table becomes empty randomly every 3 to 10 days? or do you mean some users are missing their table rows within _comprofiler? If so does this affect existing users or new users? If new users then you're probably using Joomlas registration instead of CBs resulting in the _comprofiler and _users going out of sync. Aside from that there's no way for it to just randomly empty. You'd have to have configured something to deliberately be doing that.

New users are registered with a contact form and are not created automatically.

When I log on to Joomla in the backend I get the following message .
Solve the problem only with restoring the Community Builder database backup.
I do not know what to do! I'm asking her for help.

That's because you're not using CBs registration. You have to use CBs registration if you want to use CB. If you don't your users will go out of sync (they will exist in Joomla, but not CB) and you'll have to constantly run CB > Tools > Synchronize Users. This is all covered in CBs Manual.

Install the latest CB build. Run CB > Tools > Synchronize Users. Then run the database tools 1 by 1 clicking their fix links if provided within CB > Tools. Now only use CBs registration page. You should have no further issues.
