Problems with the database - entry _comprofiler always empty

Thank you for your quick response.
We create new users by hand in the community builder.
Here again the database entries are damaged by the communitybuilder. And I just do not repair them or restore them from a data backup. Because I have the hope that they will find the mistake.

I don't know what more to advise beyond PM backend super administrator login credentials and phpmyadmin credentials so I can review what's going on. Your issue is specific to your install and likely result of corrupt database or something 3rd party. I don't understand what there is to restore from a backup if the users are not being created to begin with. Are you saying the entire _comprofiler table just randomly empties?

Have reviewed your install. Did you migrate Joomla? If so from what version. Did you migrate CB from CB 1.x? Both migrations appear to have failed. Joomlas core tables are corrupted (e.g. menu table and its queries appear to fail in backend and is why you see "An error has occurred." on every backend page) and CBs core tables only partially migrated (fields table in particular is broken and fieldid somehow was dropped and is why you're having user store issues).

I'm honestly not sure how to go about fixing this beyond starting over on latest versions of everything then importing your content into the new site. Please note this isn't the result of CB doing anything wrong. It appears to be the result of whatever method you used for migration, which appears to have been jUpgradePRO. Also worth noting your 3rd party caching extension (JotCache) is, for reasons unknown to me, caching backend which it should never do.

My best suggestion is to start over with a clean install.
