How can I make it so if the Member cancels the subscription, for the subscription not to be cancelled immediately, but to allow the member to be able to still access his subscription until the expiration date.

PayPal Standard should allow for this with first cancellation cancelling the recurring billing and second cancellation cancelling the subscription it self. Don't think any other gateway supports this. Currently there's no official functionality for cancelling recurring billing for other gateways at this time, but we do have a feature ticket to review implementation in a later release.

Actually I was asking because when I cancel the subscription after testing with the CC dummy gateway when I cancel I immediately loose access, but I will be using the PayPal system so I shouldn't have a problem then.
