Hello Hello Miss, Sir

I noticed that we can sort infinitely between the variables. But I would submit this request:

Is it possible to make subgroups within a groupJive group, inside contact lists, and so on? It's very important for me to put my files in a hierarchy.
How do I perform this configuration, is there a document or a procedure on the subject?

Hi
I'm just a CB user, like you, but I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is, you can't. There are no sub-categories or sub-groups in Groupjive, and user lists do not have categories at all.
Hope this helps

LineMine is absolutely correct. CB GroupJive does not allow nested categories or groups. That was removed a long time ago. It was impossible to optimize as it required join after join in the queries to account for access permission checks. There are no plans to implement nesting again.

As for userlists my suggest is to simply create multiple userlists and they'll be available from the dropdown or you can create a Joomla article where you've formatted some HTML to categorize the userlists then simply link to the userlists.

Thank you very much for your answer. But I confess that I am a little disappointed, because I expected that GroupJive could do it, as joomla does it without any problem.

CB GroupJive has nothing to do with Joomla usergroups. CB GroupJive is for community groups like you see on other social platforms. It is not for ACL management. Believe you're confusing the two completely different functionalities.
