[SOLVED] Timing of CBSubs auto-emails was created by greygeek
We offer 1 year and 3 year memberships and allow a six month grace period. We want the email advising members that their subscription has expired to go out at the end of 1 or 3 years. This would allow members 6 months to renew but it appears to go out at the end of the grace period. When members try to log in to renew they find they are blocked. Can we specify when the renewal notice goes out?

You can schedule emails in CBSubs Mailer to go out specifically based off their expiration date. The emails configured in CBSubs Emails and under the Presentation tab do not send until they've actually expired, which isn't until the grace period has ended.

Many thanks - and apologies for not reading the manual.
I hadn't picked up on the CBSubs Mailer as a separate way to automate emails.
