Hello.
I encounter the following problem:
By installing plugins from Community Builder, my ribbon is just getting bigger (all these new plugins add this to my menu bar.
How to move these plugins.

Click Configuration menu item for the various plugins and turn off their admin menu under their Parameters > General tabs. They can all be toggled on/off individually.
