Comments are already available. Install latest CB Activity, CB Gallery, and CB Auto Actions. Next within CB Auto Actions ensure the comment system action for CB Gallery is enabled. Likes system action hasn't been added yet, but it'll work if you copy the comment action and change it to Likes stream.
