Hi

Since 2 days, captcha doesn't work on my registration form. I put only 1 character to be sure that it's not a problem of entering a character.

Here ise the capture of the error message. (it's in french)

Any ideas ?

Ensure CB AntiSpam is up to date and review your captcha settings carefully. Beyond that my guess is you're entering the captcha incorrectly. We're using captcha on Joomlapolis perfectly fine. If using reCaptcha you could have a conflict. Ensure Joomla reCaptcha isn't enabled or use the new Joomla mode to use Joomlas reCaptcha to avoid the conflict.

Hi

Cb Antispam is uptodate (V 3.1.0 + build)
I review my captcha very carefully (mode Code Internal )
I don't use reCaptcha (key and secret key of v2 and invisible tab are empty)

I enter Captcha correctly

Here is capture before validation...on validation, error captcha

???

I JUST SEE THAT IN THE JOOMLA CONFIGURATION that DEFAULT CAPTCHA is empty (i can't select any option) ?

The latest CB AntiSpam is 3.1.0+build.2017.10.03.12.56.16.658463d3f. Ensure it's installed and reinstall if unsure. I don't know what else to tell you. Refresh the captcha and try a different captcha code to be sure you're entering it correctly. This all works fine on Joomlapolis and our demo site as well as my test install. If issue persists after updating and retesting please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Have reviewed your install. Seams to be caused by your Gantry template. Switching to default Joomla protostar then using the registration form at the below URL it works every single time.

index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=registers

It appears to be due to something tampering with sessions or the cookie that links the browser to a session. Using the refresh button does workaround this since it'll generate the session. As a workaround I've enabled the Ajax loading mode in CB AntiSpam so it loads in from an ajax call forcing a session fix. You however should go through your template or Gantry framework settings to see if something configured is doing this.

it doesn't work even with the Ajax enabled

You're right : it works with prostar template but not with a gantry template (i change with other template)

I don't know what happens.
