Attaching Files/Photo in email notification

Hello,

When a user uploads a file or photo via cb gallery, I would like all administrators and super users to receive an email with that file or photo attached. Is there a way to accomplish this? I don't require approval for documents that are uploaded but would be fine enabling that, if necessary.

You can use CB Auto Actions and an Email action on the gallery_onAfterCreateGalleryItem trigger. Its variables are as follows.

Code:
$_PLUGINS->trigger( 'gallery_onAfterCreateGalleryItem', array( $gallery, $source, $row ) );

This means you can access the media information using row3 substitutions (e.g. [row3_title]).

I am still learning how to use cb auto actions and need a little help doing this. Can you send me instructions on how to implement this please? Thank you

You can find various examples below on how to configure CB Auto Actions. In your case leave everything default and utilize the gallery_onAfterCreateGalleryItem trigger with an Email action then configure the email as needed (To address, etc..).

What would I use in the Attachment field to attach the uploaded image?

You won't be able to attach it. You can probably link to it in the email body using the below.
