Hello, CB users arrive on the login page ( cigoire.com/index.php/fr/createur-marque/connexion ) but when they put their login & password, nothing happens. No error, no redirection, we stay on the same page. Nothing has been changed by the webmaster, myself. I tried everything but impossible to understand where the dysfunction comes from.

You're viewing the site without www, but it appears you've set live_site in configuration.php with www. The form is posting to www. That's a cross domain post and you can't do that. Change live_site to '' (empty) within configuration.php to support both domains. It appears you're maybe using an htaccess redirect rule to redirect to your site without www and is what's causing it to get permanently stuck.
