You want to display those fields in another location in addition to their current location or you want to add more fields where those fields are? if you want to display them in another location you can do that using substitutions in a Custom HTML field. As you'll want the formatted output be sure to use [cb:userfield field="FIELD_NAME" /] usage. See the below tutorial for further substitution usage information.
If you're just wanting to add more fields to the same location as those place them on the "User Status" tab and be sure to set their profile display to 2 lines.
