Install CB Activity, install CB Gallery, and also recommended to install CB Auto Actions since it logs various activity by default using System Actions. Once done you can visit your profile to begin using your profile activity stream assuming all 3 have been published after being installed. If you want a page like our demo site, which shows everyone's recent activity you need to create a Joomla menu item with menutype Community Builder > Plugin then for Plugin select CB Activity.
