No notification mail

No notification mail was created by piluche
Hi,

Recently, notification mails to subscriber and admin are not sent any more.
This was able before, and i cannot say excatly when this occured
What is going wrong now ?
Wher can I check ?
Joomla 3.8.2
Php 7
Cb 2.1.3

You need to be more specific about exactly what email isn't being sent. For the notifications to subscribers do you mean emails configured under the Presentation tab of your plans? Configured in CBSubs Emails? or though CBSubs Mailer? For notifications sent to admins do you mean newly registered user email?

Are emails working at all? Test a regular registration workflow and you should receive pending or welcome email depending on configured. Try sending a mass mailer to your self within CB > User Management by selecting your users checkbox and clicking the mass mailer menu button.

I did a test registration !
The HTML mails being configured in CB to be send to new subscriber and, on the same time, to the administrator/moderator for confirmation are not sent at all.
Though, the subscriber is correctly registered in the users list

This was running perfectly well by the 17 th of november

Then a few days ago, no mails received either by the subscriber, nor the administrator
The PHPmail is OK ( test mail OK)

Don't know what's going wrong
Did not change the CB config nor Joomla one
Did not install any new extension

If you need admin access, i'll send them on a private mail

Strange, so mass mailer sends emails fine but none of the registration emails send? Specifically pending and welcome emails configured within CB > Configuration > Registration do not send? Try unpublishing CB Paid Subscriptions and retry to see if pending and welcome emails work again. If they do review what you've set "User Email Confirmation" and "User Approval by Moderator" to within your plans under the "Workflows" tab to ensure you haven't forced both cases to disabled or set payment to happen before confirmation/approval as it won't send any emails until they've paid.
