We've no fieldtype for that. You'd have to create a new plugin that calculates all of that. You maybe able to do this by collecting their zip code with a text field then using custom PHP that calculates that in a Code field to avoid having to create an entirely new plugin for this, but you'd still have to code the distance calculation.
