Hello, I need to enter a large list of users manually since we had this on a old static website and need to create all the profiles on our side first. How can I disable all notifications so users do not get alerted about a site they cannot access yet?

Once I turn this back on can I send out a batch "resend confirmation" message to all users? I'll do it in batches of 25 or so.

Disable emails globally within Joomla global configuration. This will also stop all emails from being sent by CB. You can trigger reconfirmation emails by selecting the users in CB > User Management and clicking the Resend Confirmation button at the top.

Hello, no way to do this for CB only? It will be hard to test other features with mail completely off.

I just need to create profiles on the backend without anyone getting and email. Do you have another idea that might work?

Empty the subject and body of the Pending and Welcome emails within CB > Configuration > Registration. Beyond that you'll have to use the global parameter to actually disable CBs mailer functionality as we do not have a separate parameter for this.
