Install CB Conditional 5.0.0 and you can configure OR conditions. Ensure CB is also up to date and the relevant button for adding a new OR condition will state as such. Example as follows. You can see a screenshot of this below.

Which ones didn't migrate when you installed CB Conditional 5.x? You should've strictly only lost conditioning of a fields options since that functionality is gone.

Were those the only fields with conditions? If not I assume your other fields migrated fine? For conditions to migrate you would've had to save CB > Plugin Management > CB Conditional parameters at least once.
